Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in property leasing, customer service, and property management.
Knowledge of Entrata software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information about available units - Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing - Maintain accurate and updated records of prospective tenants - Handle resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient operation of the property - Utilize customer relationship management tools to track interactions with prospects and tenants - Perform data entry tasks related to leasing agreements and tenant information - Coordinate property maintenance requests and follow up on completion Requirements:
- Proven experience in property leasing or related field - Proficiency in Entrata software preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants - Knowledge of student housing - Familiarity with property management practices and lease contracts - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for data entry tasks This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can grow your skills in property leasing and management.
