As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.
Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and protect the premises, prevent unauthorized access, and respond to any security incidents that may arise.
Responsibilities Individual will be stationed in the security trailer at the Main Gate entrance to the plant during the Planned Outages.
Individual will be responsible for opening the gate for authorized contractors and visitors.
Will coordinate with new contractors by getting them through the security and safety orientation process.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems Control access points and verify identification of individuals entering the premises Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and safety Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong surveillance skills to effectively monitor the premises - Valid security certificate or license preferred - First aid and CPR certification is a plus - Understanding of law enforcement protocols and regulations - Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision - Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods If you are a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to safety and security, we encourage you to apply for this position.
