THE ROLEThis role will provide human resource leadership to the operational leaders and employees to accomplish the operational goals of the facility.
Developing recruitment strategies to meet the organization's objectives.
Also, it will establish a culture of positive employee relations where all managers and employees are engaged in the business's success.
This position requires interaction with employees in all stages of the employee life cycle.
It carries out responsibilities in the following areas:
recruitment and retention, onboarding, offboarding, and employee events.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Conducts recruitment efforts for all exempt and non-exempt personnel, including phone screens with candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing the preparation of interview questions.
Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with hiring managers.
Overseeing the reference and background checks and other hiring selection materials.
Continuously works on candidate experience during recruitment and ensures an effective orientation and onboarding experience for new employees.
Additional administrative duties as needed, including onboarding and offboarding paperwork preparation.
Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
Maintains applicant tracking system in BambooHR.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Warehouse distribution experience to best answer HR-related questions and assist employees with human resource-related requests.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field preferred 2-3 years' human resource warehouse experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as Internet and e-mail functions Full cycle recruitment experience ADP and BambooHR HRIS experience is strongly preferred Mandatory warehouse distribution experience Must have managed 100
people Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience Savvy at managing a dynamic and everchanging pick/pack/shipping environment Must be a hands-on business partner to the operational leaders in implementing a strategy to lower temp vs.
